Rotary is proud to recognize RHS senior Julian Pham as the Johnstown Milliken Rotary December Student of the Month. Julian has consistently demonstrated her natural leadership, unwavering dedication, and a heartfelt commitment to serving others, making her an incredibly deserving recipient of this honor.
Julian’s involvement at Roosevelt High School extends across a wide range of extracurricular activities. She is an active member of the Interact Club, Speech and Debate, FBLA, TSA, and Color Guard, in addition to being a Work-Based Learning student. Her passion for helping others and making a positive impact is at the core of everything she does.
