JOHNSTOWN – Kicking off the new year, Town Council welcomed seven new staff members during its meeting Monday night, with six working for the Johnstown Police Department.
With Mayor Michael Duncan and councilmember Andrew Paranto absent, Mayor Pro Tem Chad Young led the meeting.
