JOHNSTOWN – At Monday night’s Town Council meeting the council discussed regulations and restrictions for “peaceful solicitation,” then considered rules and regulations being put in place for natural medicine facilities in Johnstown.
Mayor Michael Duncan and Councilmember Dianne Morris were absent for the meeting, leaving Mayor Pro Tem Chad Young as the acting mayor.
