JOHNSTOWN – At Monday night’s Town Council meeting, the first reading of the 2025 Proposed Budget was provided to the council.
The Town of Johnstown Home Rule Charter and Colorado Revised Statutes require that a public hearing be held at a regular meeting of the Town Council to give citizens an opportunity to file or register objections or suggestions thereto at any time prior to the adoption of the budget.
