JOHNSTOWN – Culminating a 16-month investigation into numerous reports of alleged fraudulent activity from multiple homeowner associations located in Northern Colorado, Johnstown Police announced Monday that they have made an arrest in the case.
The lone suspect was identified as 48-year-old Sandra Oldenburg of Johnstown, a representative and partner in Poudre Property Services, AKA RCE Inc., and NOCO Real Estate Solutions.
