Around Town

Around Town
Each new school year brings an opportunity for Kappa Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma (an international women educators’ group) to welcome brand-new teachers to the district and offer their support as well as a monetary gift that is given for instructional needs. This year there were 11 first-year recipients, and those from Milliken Middle School are shown here. (Left to right) Noah Craig, Lincoln Brandt, Cheryl Primmer from Kappa Chapter, Malea Bitt, Kayley Taylor and Regan Price. Melissa Brown was absent. Got a picture for Page 3? An item for Around Town? We and our readers would love to see them. Send them to [email protected]. Photo provided by Robin Denman
