JOHNSTOWN – During Monday night’s Town Council meeting, a two-fold series of amendments were provided to the council. One would be approving the amended and restated service plan for High Plains Metropolitan District No. 2 (renamed to Revere at Johnstown Metro. District No. 1), and the second was an intergovernmental agreement using the amended plan to help fund a growing development in Johnstown.
Both matters were presented by Carolyn Steffl, a partner with Dietze and Davis, P.C. law firm.
