Around Town

Kudos to members of

who have joined responders from around the state helping to fight the Alexander Mountain fire west of Loveland. Larimer County officials are saying they have enough volunteers and supplies, but it’s not a bad idea to keep your eyes open about how you can help … especially in the weeks to come as residents in the affected area try to recover. There’s always the Red Cross. If you want to help, take donated goods to SERVE 6.8 Storehouse at 5701 McWhinney Blvd, in Loveland. The Red Cross cannot accept donations at its shelters. You can also visit www.redcross.org/ donate or call 1-800-Red-Cross to donate.
