JOHNSTOWN – The Town Council meeting on Monday night primarily focused on making a series of amendments to the Water Treatment Plant Plan that was approved by the council on October 16, 2023, and July 1.
Ellen Hilbig, Utilities Director for the Town of Johnstown, came to the podium with a request to approve a contract amendment to establish and award the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) of $85 million to MWH Constructors, Inc. for the full construction of the plant.
