It’s almost here! The I Landed in Johnstown centennial celebration this Saturday, July 6, will have something for everyone to enjoy. The Johnstown Historical Society and the Town of Johnstown welcome you to join us for the Johnstown Meteorite’s 100th birthday party.
The best highlight of the event is that an actual piece from the meteorite shower that fell during John Moore’s funeral in 1924 at the former Elwell cemetery is coming back home for a visit.
