BBQ Day is about fun, but it’s also about family.
Genae Lucero, who attended Saturday’s BBQ Day, has been involved in this event for multiple years. Ever since her freshman year of high school, she said, she has had the honor to participate in the parade as part of the RHS Marching Band. However, since she was a little kid, her parents have taken her to watch the parade from the side of the streets.
