LAKEWOOD – Conditions last weekend were perfect for a track meet. It was warm, dry and still at Jeffco Stadium. The Rough Riders couldn’t have asked for a better day to compete at the CHSAA 4A State Meet, but their results were a bit mixed, and not what coach Daniel Joiner expected.
“Overall, we had a good weekend,” said Joiner. “We definitely had some ups and downs, but mostly things were good.”
