Going into my first year of college I had many questions, an endless amount of unknowns, and the normal nervousness that was to be expected. I would go from a high school where I knew almost everyone, to one of the most popular universities in the country.
It was shortly before this time last year I declared to attend the University of Colorado Boulder. Staying close enough to home but far enough to meet new people. As a first-generation college student, I was excited to embrace a new challenge.
