With the regular season coming to a close next month the Roosevelt spring sports teams are in full swing and are getting into their groove Baseball recently brought their record up to 2-3 with a 4-3 victory over Niwot last Thursday evening. Though their record does not yet show the improvement this team has made over last season, people in the stands can see what’s coming, and it’s exciting.
Senior catcher Seppe Salvatore is currently batting .400 for the season and seems to just be getting his bat warmed up for conference play. Salvatore is leading the team with an on base percentage of .538.
