On the morning of January 10, the Weld RE-5J School District held a ceremony signifying the last beam being placed on top of the soon-to-be Roosevelt Middle School. This ceremony, better known as a topping ceremony, brought out a crowd that watched as the beam was carried through the air and put in place.
