JOHNSTOWN – By a unanimous vote Monday night during a specially called meeting, Town Council approved changes to the town’s Land Use and Development Code. Councilmember Vanessa Dominguez was not in attendance.
The decision came before a packed, standing-room-only audience of mostly residents of the Mallard Ridge subdivision who have voiced concerns and opposition to plans to open a sober living residence in their neighborhood.
