JOHNSTOWN – While the sounds of construction may be quieting down somewhat with the coming of winter, town staff are already preparing for a project next spring in the downtown area in the alley just west of Parish Avenue.
Since the project will impact a number of businesses and some residents along Parish, the town is hosting an open house December 6 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Town Hall to provide details of the project and get feedback as planning continues.
