An early morning fire Monday has left a mother and her five children without a home and in need of basics like clothing and another place to stay.
According to Front Range Fire Rescue, crews were called to the home in the 6000 block of West South First Street (Highway 60) just after 5 a.m. They were assisted by Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, Mountain View Fire Rescue, Platteville Gilcrest Fire Protection District, and Greeley Fire Department. The fire was brought under control at about 7 a.m.
