Jeannie Marie Chapin was born on April 24, 1983, at Boulder Community Hospital, the daughter of Robert (Bob) Lindberg and Mary Stoudt. She spent her early years in Boulder, and after Bob passed, Mary married Michael (Mike) Katsampes when Jeannie was 5. At the age of 9, the family moved to Johnstown where Jeannie grew up and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 2001.
She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley in 2006. In 2007, she married the love of her life, Robert “Rob” Chapin.
