The Town of Johnstown is currently in the process of replacing an existing waterline located under State Highway 60 stretching from Parish Avenue to Sticker Stadium, as well as extending the waterline from Sticker Stadium to the Central Wastewater Treatment plant which is located to the north and east of County Road 19 and Highway 60.
Work on the project has already begun with one crew installing pipe on the east end of Weld County Road 19 while another crew is preparing to install waterline under the railroad tracks for Colorado Sweet Gold and under Highway 60 to the wastewater treatment plant.
