MILLIKEN – During the Board of Trustees meeting on February 26, town staff showed their dedication to improving existing aspects of the town, both internal and external.
The first item on the action agenda was an amendment to the Policy and Procedures Manual. This guide applies to all town boards, commissions and committees, and provides a framework for how each member of those entities should conduct business.
