Milliken Middle School’s 3rd annual Golden Hoof Awards are scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday in Roosevelt High School auditorium. The event is part of the school’s annual filmmaking festival in which students’ works are showcased.

The community is encouraged to come for early seating beginning at 6:45. Best dress is recommended for this formal event. Pre-sale tickets are $2. Tickets at the door are $3.

The Golden Hoof Awards program and its trophy are modeled after the Academy Awards and its Oscar, along with other red-carpet award ceremonies.
