JOHNSTOWN – She was a sharpshooter when playing basketball at Roosevelt High School, and Trish Yost is still quite accurate when it comes to following her instincts.

Yost recently announced she and her husband, Danny Yost, and their children, Kailen, 9, and Dalton, 11, have purchased the workout business in Johnstown Station and renamed it Fitness Avenue.

Last weekend, with the volunteer help of friends and family, the Yosts moved equipment, cleaned, and painted, then opened Monday with a familiar attitude.
