JOHNSTOWN – Sami Oldson is the Johnstown-Milliken Rotary Club Student of the Month for January, based on her work with the Roosevelt High School Student Council and her overall commitment to putting herself before others in her community.

Oldson, 18, is a senior at Roosevelt High School with a 3.5 grade-point average. Her parents are Jim and Tammy Oldson of Johnstown. Her father, Jim, 52, is currently enrolled in school online at the University of Phoenix for a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in projects management. Her mother, Tammy, 46, is assistant manager of US Bank in Fort Collins.
