Isabel Ann Nelson-Welch was born at 10 a.m. Dec. 2, 2012, at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

Her parents are Lisa and the late Raymond Welch of Johnstown. She has a sister, Abbigail Nelson-Welch and a brother, Nolan Nelson-Welch.
Grandparents are Ron and Robin Nelson of Johnstown, and Racheal Welch of Thornton.
Great-grandparents are Mary-Lou Carlson and Harriet Erickson, both of Minnesota.
