Local woman urges generosity this winter

MILLIKEN – One by one, third-graders at Milliken Elementary School file into the cafeteria to receive a new scarf for the holiday season.
More than 100 scarves line two tables. Some of the students carefully consider their choice, while others snatch the prettiest scarf without a second thought.
