JOHNSTOWN – Ahhhh … the state playoffs. Roosevelt High School’s Rough Riders have made it, so now we can relax.

Wrong.

Palisade proves to be a quality opponent for RHS, which since starting the Tri-Valley League season is on a five-game win streak. All five wins were in the TVL, so the Riders are league champions – which means they earned a home berth for the Class 3A playoffs.
