Jillianna Rose Coufal was born at 9:31 p.m. June 6, 2012, at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.
She weighed 6.12 pounds and measured 19 1/2 inches.
Her parents are Katie and Jason Coufal of Greeley. She has two sisters, Rylee, 9, and Jaydynn, 7, and two brothers, Gabriel, 6, and Danan, 3.
Maternal grandparents are John and Denise Scofield of Berthoud and great-grand parents Bill and Evelyn Hall of Greeley.
Paternal grandparents are Bill and Margie Coufal of Milliken, and great-grand mothers Dorothy Coufal of Frederick, and Anne Hromatka of Grand Junction.
