NOTICE OF HEARING
TOWN OF MILLIKEN

NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing before the Planning Commission of the Town of Milliken, Colorado at 7:00 P.M. on the 5th day of December, 2012 and a public hearing before the Milliken Board of Trustees on the 12th day of December, 2012.  Both hearings will be held in the Meeting House at 1201 Broad Street and are for the purpose of considering the annexation and zoning of the rights-of-way for Alice Avenue (WCR 23) and Inez Street (WCR 46) for a distance of one half mile north and west of the intersection of Alice Ave. and Inez St.  A copy of the application for annexation and zoning can be viewed at Town Hall between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
