Work starting on Public Works facility

JOHNSTOWN – Although fireworks may be banned this Fourth of July, the town will have a sparkling new Public Works Building by January.
During Monday night’s Town Council meeting a contract was awarded to R.C. Heath Construction Company for construction and design of the new facility. Ground is set to be broken next week.
