MILLIKEN – After months of construction and an investment of $3 million, the town’s new meeting house and police station is to be dedicated on Friday.

A ribbon cutting is scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday (Dec. 4), followed by a community open house and tours of the 8,000 square foot facility.

The occasion leads into Milliken’s annual Festival of Lights parade that evening at 6.
